Inquiries

To order an item from one of our collections, email your specifications to the the appropriate email address displayed in the sidebar (Sales or Custom Design). Please include product name, quantity, size, and finish options and we will send you pricing or a proposal as needed.

• We offer trade discounts so if you are a design professional, please include two forms of identification such as your professional association with your member number, web link, UBI # or federal tax ID number.
  
  
• Most items are made to order. We require a 50% deposit to initiate an order.
  
  
• Our standard lead time is 10 weeks from date of deposit. Rush orders are possible and we do our best to accommodate your needs without additional cost when our schedule permits. If you require a specific due date sooner than 10 weeks, there is an additional fee of 1% of the job cost per business day in advance of the standard lead time.
